By accessing this website or purchasing any service from Moonlit Divination LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.
All services offered by Moonlit Divination — including tarot readings, oracle readings, birth chart readings, spellwork, candle workings, jar spells, ritual oils, and guidance sessions — are provided for entertainment and personal enrichment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of readings or the outcomes of any spellwork. Results vary based on individual circumstances, free will, and external factors outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any service from Moonlit Divination. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full prior to service delivery. Accepted methods include Square, Afterpay, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle are available to established clients only (three months or more of working together). Specific methods may vary by service type.
For spellwork, no work begins until full payment has been received.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full, regardless of whether a consultation has taken place or service delivery has begun.
Credits. In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer a service credit of equal or lesser value in lieu of a refund. Credits are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue and require proof of issuance to redeem. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute immediately terminates all active and future services with Moonlit Divination. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks, including but not limited to filing claims in small claims court and reporting to relevant consumer fraud agencies. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
Spellwork is spiritual and energetic in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results. Initial energetic movement may be noticed within 2 to 3 weeks; peak manifestation may take longer depending on the complexity of the situation, resistance, and real-world factors.
Spellwork will not be performed for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion without explanation.
Post-spell readings (PSRs) are included only when explicitly stated in the service description.
All ritual oils are handcrafted botanical products. It is your responsibility to disclose all known allergies and sensitivities at the time of purchase and to perform a patch test before use. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. Moonlit Divination LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed sensitivities or failure to patch test.
Some oils are not formulated for skin contact and are clearly labeled as such. Please read all product descriptions carefully. All sales are final; no refunds will be issued for allergic reactions.
Replies and delivery timelines go out within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation depending on queue length. Business hours are Tuesday through Friday, 2 PM to 12 AM ET. Spellwork timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of booking. Due to high demand, delivery may take up to one (1) month. We will communicate delays when possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including carrier delays, natural disasters, severe weather, supply shortages, utility or telecommunications outages, or governmental actions.
We maintain a respectful environment. The following will result in immediate termination of services without refund:
New spellwork clients are strongly encouraged to complete a $30 intake consultation prior to booking spellwork. This fee is non-refundable but is applied toward the cost of the working. If your situation materially changes before payment for the spell is received, a new consultation fee applies. If you already know exactly what you want and are ready to pay, a consultation is not required — you may book directly.
Subscription services (tarot subscriptions, spellwork subscriptions) are non-refundable. Subscriptions do not include unlimited access outside the stated scope of the plan. Follow-up support beyond booked sessions must be scheduled and paid for separately.
Our website and services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, video, and audio, are owned by Moonlit Divination LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use our services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website or services without our prior written consent.
You may access and use our services for lawful purposes only. You may not: (a) use our services for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) harass, abuse, harm, defame, or intimidate any person; (e) transmit false or misleading information; (f) upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code; (g) collect or track the personal information of others; (h) use any robot, spider, scraping tools, AI agents, or automated means to access our services without authorization; or (i) reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of our services.
No Agent — any software or service taking autonomous action on behalf of a person without direct supervision — may access our services unless it clearly identifies itself in all requests and does not conceal that interactions are automated. We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how any Agent accesses our services.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. If you leave our website to access third-party materials, you do so at your own risk.
Our privacy policy explains how we may collect, use, and disclose personal information from your use of our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read our privacy policy, available on this page under the Privacy Policy tab.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for any purpose, including commercial use. We are under no obligation to maintain your feedback in confidence or pay compensation for it.
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We may terminate this agreement or your access to our services at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Sections 4, 5, 12, 13, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 will survive any termination.
All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that spellwork will produce specific results or that readings will be accurate for any particular purpose.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY MOONLIT DIVINATION, ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONLIT DIVINATION LLC AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON READINGS OR SPELLWORK OUTCOMES, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moonlit Divination LLC and its owner, affiliates, partners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or (3) your access to and use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.

Tarot readings, oracle readings, birth chart readings, spellwork, guidance sessions, and all other digital services are delivered electronically via email or direct message. No physical shipping applies to these services.
All physical products are handcrafted and packaged with care before shipment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for handling and processing before your order is handed off to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We ship primarily via USPS, with UPS used as needed. Standard shipping is approximately $10 flat rate for orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated by the carrier — we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. International customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping, which will be calculated and communicated prior to fulfillment. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Customers who wish to use a specific carrier or expedited service are responsible for the associated shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to fulfillment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at emerald@moonlit-divination.com with photographic proof of the damage, including photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in. Ring or doorbell camera footage showing mishandling by the carrier is also accepted. Upon review, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or send a replacement with the customer covering shipping costs, at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Moonlit Divination LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your tracking information shows an issue or your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact your carrier directly to open a claim. If the carrier officially confirms that your package was lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right and send a replacement. We are unable to issue replacements based solely on a customer's report of non-delivery without carrier confirmation.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

1. Medical & Health. I am not a medical health professional. Any readings regarding health or wellness are for holistic and entertainment purposes only. If you have a medical emergency or feel you need medical attention, please seek a certified medical health professional.
2. Mental Health & Self-Harm. If you threaten your life or threaten to harm yourself, I will block you and you will not receive a refund. Spellwork and tarot readings are not a substitute for mental healthcare. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
3. Spellwork Outcomes. Spellwork is spiritual and energetic in nature and cannot be guaranteed to produce specific outcomes. Manifestation timelines vary based on resistance, free will, external influences, and real-world circumstances. While some clients notice movement within 2–3 weeks, peak manifestation may take longer depending on the situation. Spells are not guaranteed to work under any circumstances. How you react to results is completely on you, and I am not liable for any choices you make as a result.
If you have not observed any noticeable movement within three (3) months of your spellwork completion date, you may request a post-work energy check-in for $15. This review will assess the current energetic state of your situation and determine whether reinforcement, adjustment, or redirection is appropriate. Please note: a check-in is not a recast. Any additional work recommended after review is a separate service.
4. FaceTime Readings. FaceTime recordings of private readings outside of TikTok or Instagram LIVE are an additional $2/minute.
5. Live Interruptions. If you purchase a reading during a TikTok or Instagram LIVE and for any reason the live gets banned, you fall asleep, I have to leave due to an emergency, etc., please contact my Instagram (@silver.tempestxx) so we can reschedule your reading. I also operate a backup TikTok at @notmoonlitdivination if you'd like to rejoin.
6. Impersonation & Scammers. I will never message you privately on TikTok or any other social media platform claiming you have been “chosen” for a reading. Scammers have been known to create fake accounts impersonating tarot readers, following their main account’s followers, and pretending to have “important messages” before directing people to their own payment methods. Please always double-check that my payment methods match those listed on this site. Your safety comes first. (use disc27 as a little thank-you for reading the fine print 🌙)
7. Spell Oil Liability. All spell oils sold by Moonlit Divination are handcrafted botanical products. While allergy information is collected at the time of purchase, the responsibility for disclosing allergies and sensitivities rests entirely with the client.
It is your responsibility to perform a patch test before applying any oil to your skin. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours before full use. By using any product without completing a patch test, you assume full responsibility for any resulting reaction.
By purchasing a spell oil, you release Moonlit Divination LLC from any and all liability for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse responses to the product while it is in your possession. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for allergic reactions under any circumstances.
