1. Medical & Health. I am not a medical health professional. Any readings regarding health or wellness are for holistic and entertainment purposes only. If you have a medical emergency or feel you need medical attention, please seek a certified medical health professional.

2. Mental Health & Self-Harm. If you threaten your life or threaten to harm yourself, I will block you and you will not receive a refund. Spellwork and tarot readings are not a substitute for mental healthcare. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

3. Refund Policy. I do not under any circumstances provide refunds outside of my refund policy. Any requests for refunds outside of a TikTok or Instagram LIVE will be denied. If you wish to select a different reading for the amount you paid, or use it as credit in the future, please let me know and we can arrange that.

If you have not observed any noticeable movement within three (3) months of your spellwork completion date, you may request a post-work energy check-in for $15. This review will assess the current energetic state of your situation and determine whether reinforcement, adjustment, or redirection is appropriate.

Please note: a check-in is not a recast. Any additional work recommended after review is a separate service.

4. Spellwork Outcomes. Spellwork is spiritual and energetic in nature and cannot be guaranteed to produce specific outcomes. Manifestation timelines vary based on resistance, free will, external influences, and real-world circumstances. While some clients notice movement within 2–3 weeks, peak manifestation may take longer depending on the situation. Spells are not guaranteed to work under any circumstances. How you react to results is completely on you, and I am not liable for any choices you make as a result.

5. Delivery Timelines. Due to high demand, readings and spellwork may take up to one (1) month to be delivered. I do my best to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for this timeframe during busy periods. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as all services are custom, digital, and energetic in nature.

6. FaceTime Readings. FaceTime recordings of private readings outside of TikTok or Instagram LIVE are an additional $2/minute.

7. Live Interruptions. If you purchase a reading during a TikTok or Instagram LIVE and for any reason the live gets banned, you fall asleep, I have to leave due to an emergency, etc., please contact my Instagram (@silver.tempestxx) so we can reschedule your reading. I also operate a backup TikTok at @notmoonlitdivination if you'd like to rejoin.

8. Impersonation & Scammers. I will never message you privately on TikTok or any other social media platform claiming you have been “chosen” for a reading. Scammers have been known to create fake accounts impersonating tarot readers and using their videos, then following their main account’s followers and pretending to have “important messages” for them (use disc27 as a little thank-you for reading the fine print) before directing people to their own payment methods. Please always double-check that my payment methods match those listed on this site. Your safety comes first.

9. Reading Credits. If you receive a credit from me for a late reading, that credit will only be valid for three (3) months, and I may request proof of said credit before honoring it.
